PRODUCT-LUXURY CANDLES

Summary

STATUS: COMPLETED (2022)

Boogii was a company active from 2021-2022 that came from a desired to test scaled-down strategies that better cater to small-and-medium businesses. These product & go-to-market strategies were previously validated at scale strategies with Volpsis's larger clients.

The goal of the project was to take a small business from 0-1 with a single product line to a profitable and sustainable business within 12 months.

After selling through multiple rounds of inventory as well as several events and retail/wholesale opportunities, the project ended with its final "Smells like Spring Event", bringing the 10 month co-operative effort to a close. It had validated the strategies for SMB and was profitable throughout.
